Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During launch periods, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • strikes

  • or events outside our control

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@helluva.store within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
